Insurance Info & Policies
We are an Out-of-Network Provider for most PPO Insurance Plans. We do not accept HMO plans. Please note that currently, Medicare/MediCal does not cover acupuncture in California. If your PPO insurance company covers acupuncture, we will bill your insurance for you as a courtesy. You are responsible for any co-payments and any amounts for which your insurance does not reimburse us.
If you would like to find out the extent to which your insurance plan covers our services, please give us a call; we would be happy to verify your acupuncture benefits for you. Please be informed that in the United States, health insurance plans do not cover herbal medicine.
If you have no insurance, or your benefits do not cover Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine care, please inquire about reduced rates for our services.

We accept checks, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Debit Cards, and Health Savings Account Cards.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel within
24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be billed in full. Please note that ALL cancellations must be made by phone, not email. We appreciate your understanding.
